Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is Last Call (hereinafter «we» or «Last Call»). For any privacy-related matters, you can contact us at: lastcall.team.support@gmail.com
Last Call is currently an early-stage project and not yet a registered company; incorporation is planned in the near future. Should the company not be incorporated, all collected data will be deleted. In any case, you can request the removal of your data at any time by writing to the email address above.
2. What data we collect
Through the registration forms on our website, we collect the following personal data:
- Workers: name, email address, phone number, professional role, availability
- Venues and agencies: business name, contact person's name, email address, phone number
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- a) Managing your registration for the early access phase of the Last Call platform, in order to build an initial base of interested workers and venues;
- b) Contacting you in the future to invite you to participate in beta testing of the platform and to inform you about the launch of our services.
The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — «GDPR»), given at the time of registration via a dedicated checkbox.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data stays within Last Call.
For the technical operation of the service, we rely on the following providers (data processors):
- Supabase — data storage on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union)
- Netlify — website hosting
Your personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area for the purposes described in this policy.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data for a maximum period of 12 months from collection, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. After this period, your data will be deleted, unless you have in the meantime joined the platform's services.
6. Your rights
As a data subject, under Arts. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data («right to be forgotten»)
- Restrict the processing of your data
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- Object to processing

7. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO) — uodo.gov.pl. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. In case of substantial changes, we will inform you by email or via a notice on the website. The current version and update date are always indicated at the top of this page.
