Terms of Use
1. Introduction and scope
These Terms of Use (the «Terms») govern access to and use of the website lastcalljobs.com (the «Site»), operated by Last Call («we» or «Last Call»). By using the Site and registering through the available forms, you accept these Terms.
The Site is currently in an early access phase: its purpose is to collect registrations from workers, venues, and agencies interested in the future Last Call platform. The marketplace services (matching, bookings, payments, commissions) are not yet active and will be governed by specific terms when they launch.
2. What Last Call is
Last Call is a project aiming to develop a platform aggregating last-minute listings in the hospitality staffing sector. At this stage, the Site only allows you to register your interest in being contacted about the beta phase and the launch of services.
3. Registration requirements
To register, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information;
- if registering on behalf of a venue or agency, have the authority to do so.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove registrations that are false, incomplete, or non-compliant with these Terms.
4. Permitted use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- enter false data or data relating to third parties without their consent;
- attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Site;
- use the Site for purposes other than registering your interest;
- collect other users' data or carry out unauthorized automated activities (scraping).
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We encourage you to read it.
6. Intellectual property
The «Last Call» trademark, logo, texts, graphics, and other Site content are owned by Last Call or used lawfully. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written authorization.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided «as is», in a development phase. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Information about future services is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Last Call is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site in this early access phase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. In case of substantial changes, we will provide notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The current version and date are indicated at the top of this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Łódź, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
